Provide 2 – 3 appetizers, 3 proteins (beef, pork, fish), salad and 2 sides.

Proposed menu includes:

– Carne Asada with Chimichurri
– Creole Boneless Pork Chops
– Parmesan and Garlic Crusted White Fish
– Strawberry and Greens Poppy Seed Salad
– Herbed Butter Smashed Potatoes
– Elote Style Corn

+ 2-3 finger food style appetizers

Appetizers at 3pm.

Dinner at 5:30pm.

Casual, buffet style dining. Client will provide bartender and wait staff.

Assistant will help provided staff.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel prior to the scheduled event full refund minus a $100 booking fee as long as you notify via email team@bookthis.xyz at least 7 days prior to the event.

No refunds are available within 7 days of the event date, however we will offer you a credit to reschedule (based on availability) if requested.
